Registration

Registration will start on June 9, 2025, from 8:00 to 13:30 and will take place in the foyer of salon Barcelona A, in the -1 level. Signs will direct you to the exact location.

Registration will continue on June 10, 2025, from 08:30 to 09:30. This schedule will apply for the rest of the days. You can come to the registration desk with your confirmation email, and you will be able to collect your badge.

The confirmation email with your Registration Code (sent a few days before the conference) will be required at the Registration Desk. Kindly ensure you have it with you, either in printed form or on your mobile device.

Your badge can be collected at the Conference Secretariat desk. Please remember to wear your badge at all times during the conference.
