Registration Fees
How to register:
The registration process must be done online in your personal account and consists of three steps:
- Complete the billing data
- Select the fee you want to pay
- Review and pay the registration fee
Once the payment by credit card is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please follow the registration steps until “Review and pay the registration fee” in order to download a proforma invoice. Then you will be able to save the information and quit the page.

(*) The Acompanying Person Programme does not include attendance at the scientific sessions.
Registration fees include: Attendance at scientific sessions, coffee breaks on the conference site, welcome cocktail and social banquet.
Early bird rates applicable if paid until February 28, 2025.
ECCOMAS and IACM Members: The fees already include the 5% deduction on the delegates Non Member fees. To take advantage of this reduction, please fill in the downloadable form and send it by email to admos@cimne.upc.edu.
Students Registration: Students must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating they are full time students.
Registration Fees Delegates joint M2P 2025 Congress: A certificate of the registration at M2P 2025 congress must be sent to the ADMOS 2025 congress secretariat to admos@cimne.upc.edu.
Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the speaker during the advance period.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120€ if the refund request is received in writing by April 1, 2025. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
